​I was nervous to do arrangements like these, especially being so young and losing a child soon after birth. At the time I could only pay for her funeral, and as months passed I saved money with the help of my family and found this wonderful place (Imperial Monuments) online. The color of the stone is exactly how I imagined it, even better…I shed tears when I saw the rock. I recommend everyone to Imperial Monuments because they are wonderful people. They work with you. There were times I couldn’t go to Tracy and she came to me. She was so real, so sweet and understanding – as if I was working with family, not a stranger.  I will never forget her and I want to thank Imperial Monuments for their services.  I am forever grateful. I was given the task by my mother-in-law to find a headstone for my father-in-law. Obviously, I didn’t know where to begin and I was fortunate enough to ask the cemetery whose recommendation included Imperial Monuments.  I called them  from the parking lot and spoke with Tracy. I was on a time crunch, heading on vacation in just a few short days. I was only in town that day but she took the time to talk me through everything, explained all my options and told me to relax, go on my vacation, and by the time I returned, she would have a sketch ready for me!
